Requirements for placement and content of ads
1. The ad must be legal Do not place in ads offers, conditions or information that violate the laws of the Russian Federation or the rights of third parties, or contribute to such violations. You have the right to post ads only about those goods, services, vacancies, objects and other offers (hereinafter referred to as the "product") in respect of which you have all the necessary rights, licenses, registrations, permits, certificates, etc. Before posting an ad, you must ensure that all elements of the ad are legal (including photos, videos, links to third-party sites where appropriate, etc.). For any violations of the law or the rights of third parties committed by you, you will be solely responsible.
2. Information in the ad must be true and complete We consider it a gross violation of the Avito rules to place any information in the ad that may be misleading about your product or the terms of your offer. This also means that the ad must include an up-to-date phone number where you can be contacted. If your proposal is required by law to contain any information, you must provide it. You are solely responsible for distributing an ad that lacks the required information or contains false information.
3. The ad must match the categories on Avito Place ads only about those products for which there is a thematic category on Avito. Do not post ads for accepting a gift, ordering services, collecting financial assistance, dating, finding, losing, buying or searching. Exceptions: you can place an advertisement for the purchase of real estate only in the "Real Estate" category, an advertisement for a job or employee - only in the "Job" category. Ads can be placed within the same category using only one profile (including if you operate within the same company or joint business, family or on behalf of your acquaintances). It is forbidden to place several products in one ad, unless they form a set or belong to the same category. This means that you can offer a fishing rod and a diving suit in one ad in the Hunting and Fishing category, but you cannot offer a fishing car in it. If the ad contains several products that correspond to the same category, a price must be indicated for each product. Exceptions: - in the categories "Real Estate", "Transport", "Vacancies" and "Phones" you must place a separate ad for each offer. We may set limits on the number of ads placed for free for certain categories and regions (limit) so that users, especially from large regions, can see offers from different sellers. If the limit is reached within 30 and/or 365 calendar days prior to the ad placement, the subsequent submission of a new or activation of a previously created ad in the relevant categories and regions is possible for a fee, in accordance with the Terms of paid ad placement.
